We are on the lookout for a Harvest Contractor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take charge of overseeing the entire harvesting process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in every step.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crop harvesting initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Lead staff training sessions focused on safety and efficiency.
• Analyze data to improve harvesting methods.
• Communicate closely with farm managers for alignment on goals.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of machinery.
• Engage with local suppliers for equipment and resources.
• Develop strategies to enhance harvest output.
• Participate in regular team meetings to address challenges.
• Support environmental sustainability practices.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager regarding harvest performance.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Agriculture or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural management roles.

Technical Skills

• Data analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
