Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Auditor to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing risk management processes and providing insights to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve risk management processes across the organisation.
• Draft and present audit findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify areas of risk and develop strategies to address them effectively.
• Perform follow-up audits to ensure compliance with previous recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess risk trends and patterns.
• Guide internal teams in the implementation of risk management strategies.
• Assure compliance with local and international auditing and risk management standards.
• Contribute to the maintenance of risk management databases and reporting tools.
• Research and apply best practices in risk management and auditing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or auditing
