We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planner to join our Durban team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with creating financial plans, investment strategies, and achieving their financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and regulations, combined with excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial data to develop sound investment strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and market conditions.
• Assist clients in understanding complex financial concepts.
• Participate in the planning and execution of financial wellness seminars.
• Utilize financial planning software to optimize client plans.
• Facilitate client meetings and ensure follow-ups are conducted.
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives to promote financial service offerings.
• Conduct annual reviews and re-evaluations of client portfolios.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CFP or equivalent qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial advisory roles
