Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions from inception to completion.
• Interface with clients to understand their investment goals and objectives.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials for investment services.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential investments.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Support junior analysts in deal sourcing and execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 (preferred)
