As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging customers and delivering exceptional service. Your role includes assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment in-store.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and manage cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive store performance.
• Handle product returns and exchanges.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support merchandising initiatives to enhance store presentation.
• Track personal sales performance and strive for continuous improvement.
