Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Innovative Design Solutions, you will lead the design efforts for our web and mobile applications. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while leveraging user feedback to refine and improve the user experience. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field
• Professional certification in UX design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Empathy

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams or environments.
• Familiarity with motion design: Experience in animating designs to enhance user experiences.
