Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Child Psychologist to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work with children and their families, providing assessments, therapy, and support tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist advice to families regarding children's mental health.
  • Facilitate workshops for parents on child development and parenting strategies.
  • Collaborate with schools to support children’s mental health within the educational context.
  • Contribute to research projects related to child psychology.
  • Mentor junior staff and interns in psychology practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Child Psychology or related field
  • Doctoral degree is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience working with children
