Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and treatments.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpretation of results.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Support the management in hospital policies and a positive patient experience.
• Manage supplies and medications inventory effectively.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes within the nursing team.
• Promote a culture of safety and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus

Experience

• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
