Responsibilities
Drive the success of the claims team by establishing performance targets and KPIs.
Engage in negotiations with clients and service providers when necessary.
Analyze claims data for trends and insights to reduce future claims.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to claims management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration
Professional certification in claims management is preferred

5+ years of professional experience in claims handling and management
