We're seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Cape Town office. This role involves conducting financial analysis, managing client relationships, and executing transactions. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and advise clients on strategic decisions.
• Develop tailored solutions for clients in the investment banking sector.
• Collaborate with external advisors and legal teams to finalize transactions.
• Present financial proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
• Conduct extensive research on potential investment targets.

• Participate in strategic meetings with senior leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
