Responsibilities

• Supervise budgeting processes and expenditures.

• Provide staff performance evaluations and feedback.
• Coordinate training and development for healthcare staff.
• Facilitate patient feedback and satisfaction assessments.
• Maintain facility compliance with all healthcare laws.
• Oversee marketing and public relations efforts.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Prepare for and respond to regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Administration
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical administration
