Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to GCP guidelines.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to engage participants.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Conduct site visits and monitor compliance with study protocols.
• Maintain participant records and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Act as a liaison between participants and research teams to resolve inquiries.
• Prepare for audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
• Higher Degrees or Certifications in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination
