Job Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeper with experience in financial reporting and general accounting. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with the management of financial transactions, payroll processing, and monthly reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the bookkeeping processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Manage financial accounts and ledgers electronically and manually.
• Monitor transaction accuracy and conduct periodic audits.
• Prepare year-end reports and assist in financial forecasting.
• Review financial paperwork for discrepancies and propose corrective action.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure harmonious financial practices.
• Train other staff in basic accounting procedures as required.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or relevant accounting roles.

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (Xero, QuickBooks)
