Job Description

The Groover Runner will support the production team in a variety of tasks related to music production and distribution. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, detail orientation, and communication skills. They will coordinate music releases, assist in music library maintenance, and help with transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Help organize logistics for music events and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain communication with artists and performers regarding their schedules.
• Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials are in place.
• Assist in liaising with security and first aid teams to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Document and report on production activities and requirements post-event.
• Work closely with marketing to align promotional strategies with production needs.
• Engage with attendees to gather feedback and improve future events.
• Participate in planning meetings to enhance event execution.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience

• Experience in inventory and transportation logistics management

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Inventory Management Software
