Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous improvement practices for production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations.
• Assist with the design process by providing insights on functionality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in cabinetry preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cabinet making or woodworking

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• Forklift operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to deadlines
• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Driver's license: Valid driver's license for transporting materials to jobsites.
• Experience with high-end cabinetry: Proven experience in crafting and installing high-end custom cabinetry.
