Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple projects in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management, with experience in leading teams and delivering successful outcomes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Track project performance and report on metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results.
• Implement process improvements based on project feedback.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
