Job Description

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team based in Pretoria. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for improving processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Review system requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct test case reviews to ensure coverage and accuracy.
• Document and maintain quality assurance processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues raised by customers during UAT.
• Contribute to the development of quality metrics and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree in Quality Management is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA processes and methodologies

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing Tools
• SQL for Database Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Cloud Testing: Hands-on experience with cloud-based testing environments.
• Advanced Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks.
