Job Description

We are in search of an Architectural Designer who is passionate about creating innovative and sustainable designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, and translate it into captivating architectural concepts that meet functional and aesthetic needs. Ideal candidates should have a strong design portfolio and be proficient in the latest design software.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative designs from initial concept to final presentation.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval.
  • Evaluate building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify and solve design challenges.
  • Manage project costs and timelines effectively.
  • Maintain client communication throughout the design process.
  • Supervise junior designers and interns in project tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Master's degree in Environmental Design is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of architectural project experience required
