Ideal candidates should have a strong design portfolio and be proficient in the latest design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and designs that align with client specifications.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform project designs.
• Use 3D modeling software to produce detailed design drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Attend client meetings to present architectural proposals and modifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and sustainability best practices.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Environmental Design is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of architectural project experience required
