You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, and translate it into captivating architectural concepts that meet functional and aesthetic needs. Ideal candidates should have a strong design portfolio and be proficient in the latest design software.

Responsibilities

• Design functional spaces that prioritize sustainability and user experience.
• Utilize advanced design tools and software for project development.
• Implement feedback from client meetings to refine design details.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop community-friendly projects.
• Research and integrate new materials and technologies into designs.
• Participate in site visits and quality control assessments during construction.
• Support business development efforts by preparing design proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Environmental Design is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of architectural project experience required
