• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create design visuals.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• LEED Certification: Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
