• Provide technical support for production teams in solving engineering-related issues.
• Develop process flow diagrams and network diagrams.
• Establish troubleshooting procedures for manufacturing problems.
• Incorporate new technologies and processes to stay competitive.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Conduct training workshops for staff on engineering processes.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure optimal supply chain performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering

• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Project Management

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
