Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Durban. The role requires an individual who is passionate about enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and an understanding of healthcare regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily administrative operations within the facility.
  • Implement regulatory compliance standards in all departments.
  • Review and monitor patient care policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and training initiatives for staff.
  • Report financial data and performance metrics to upper management.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote healthcare services.
  • Support clinical staff in administrative functions.
  • Lead patient satisfaction survey initiatives and analyze results.
  • Assist with the integration of new healthcare technologies and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of administrative experience in the healthcare field
