Job Description

Join our team as a Clinical Research Associate. You will ensure the accuracy of data collected and assist in implementing clinical trials. We look for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to improving patient care through clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select clinical trial sites based on research needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Implement corrective actions in response to audit findings.
• Update trial stakeholders on project progress and issues.
• Create and execute site initiation and close-out procedures.
• Collaborate with the project manager to streamline project workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or related field

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
