Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations in the heart of Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will manage staff, ensure quality control, and create innovative menus that delight our patrons while maintaining budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Design and implement strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve knowledge of food and drink offerings.
  • Evaluate and adjust menu offerings based on seasonal availability and customer feedback.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting expenses and revenue.
  • Develop marketing strategies in partnership with management to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
