Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Structural Engineer with a passion for designing and implementing innovative structural solutions. This role involves collaboration with architects and other engineers to produce reliable and sustainable designs that meet safety standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations and assessments for structural designs.
• Evaluate structural integrity, ensuring optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
• Document project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
• Implement innovative construction techniques and sustainable practices.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
• Assist in training and development of less experienced engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• SAP2000 and ETABS

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng) certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
