Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project charters and feasibility studies.

• Ensure effective change management processes are in place.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading project teams

Technical Skills

• Scheduling Software (e.g., MS Project)
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in stakeholder management: Proven track record of effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA: Experience using JIRA for tracking and managing project tasks.
