Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, analysis, and management of various projects while collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure strong, safe structures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
• Conduct time and motion studies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
• Provide recommendations for equipment and process upgrades.
• Monitor performance indicators and report findings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Master's or additional certifications in process engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

• English: Fluent
