Job Description

As a Clinical Research Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of clinical trials. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and refinement of clinical trial protocols.
  • Evaluate study outcomes and prepare publications for scientific dissemination.
  • Engage in risk assessments and mitigation strategies for trial execution.
  • Document trial processes and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Conduct training sessions for research teams on best practices and compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between research teams and external partners.
  • Participate in post-trial evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Health Sciences
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Research are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in clinical research with a focus on trial management
