As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the client experience. You will act as a liaison between the clients and our teams, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

• Monitor client account performance and service utilization.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure client needs are met.
• Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in client management or a similar role
