• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations in cleaning practices.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and employee performance.
• Assist in managing budgets for cleaning supplies and labor.
• Work closely with management to address guest feedback.
• Cultivate a team-oriented environment focused on guest satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality management degree is a plus
• Time management Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Cleaning techniques Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and best practices.
• Leadership Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Understanding of relevant health and safety standards in hospitality.
• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in more than one language, advantageous for guest interactions.
