Job Description

Veterinary Care South Africa is in search of a passionate Veterinarian to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for assessing animal health, performing surgeries, and advising pet owners on health care practices. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of animal conditions.
  • Conduct routine check-ups and preventative care.
  • Perform and assist in surgeries as required.
  • Educate clients about pet health and wellness.
  • Document all clinical procedures and maintain patient history.
  • Coordination with veterinary staff to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in community health campaigns.
  • Handle emergency medical situations competently.
  • Continuously upgrade skills in veterinary practices and care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
  • Postgraduate studies in veterinary medicine preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical veterinary work
