Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and evaluate patients’ health conditions.
• Assist with planning and evaluating patient care outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate health records in compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and train junior nursing staff and students.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and foster collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for health promotion and prevention.
• Support patients and families through emotional and psychological challenges.
• Review and implement evidence-based practices in nursing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
