Job Description

We are on the lookout for an SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for optimizing our websites to improve search engine rankings, analyze performance metrics, and develop effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in managing SEO campaigns and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies and performance.
• Optimize existing content and develop new SEO-friendly content.
• Use analytics tools to track website rankings and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to improve website functionality and performance.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to complement SEO efforts.
• Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues.
• Present SEO findings and strategies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website layout supports SEO efforts.
• Develop training materials and guide content teams on SEO best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within an agency environment
