Chemical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Chemical Engineer with a deep understanding of chemical manufacturing processes. In this role, you will optimize production, uphold safety standards, and contribute to new product development. You will work closely with scientists and technicians to improve process efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative techniques for chemical reactions and separations.
• Work closely with R&D teams to assess new product opportunities.
• Review and enhance existing production processes for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges in real-time.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes.
• Contribute to project planning and cost analysis.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders for material procurement.
• Support the commissioning of new equipment and processes.
• Lead root cause analysis for production incidents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in process safety preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
