Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer at our Johannesburg office, you will contribute your expertise in electrical systems to various projects. Responsibilities include developing electrical designs, conducting testing, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve electrical designs and schematics.
• Conduct performance testing and validation of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and conduct training for technical staff on new systems.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase.
• Evaluate suppliers and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Implement energy-efficient practices in project development.
• Create risk assessment reports and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for project integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineering registration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
