Job Description

In this role, you will act as an Equal Opportunity Representative, responsible for coordinating and implementing various projects and initiatives. You will ensure compliance with equal opportunity policies and work towards fostering an inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies related to diversity.
• Assist management in formulating and updating equal opportunity policies.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with relevant legislation.
• Provide support during audits related to equal opportunity compliance.
• Engage employees in diversity-related activities and initiatives.
• Maintain a database of training and compliance activities.
• Respond to inquiries regarding equal opportunity practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with human resources to ensure fair hiring practices.
• Create reports and presentations for management regarding equal opportunity progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or administration

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (Asana, Trello)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Data Analysis Tools

Languages
