Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR practices, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement within the organization. You will work closely with leadership and staff to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing compensation and benefits structures.
  • Monitor HR metrics to improve processes and practices.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Provide guidance on compliance, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives.
  • Support the leadership team in developing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
