Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, be well-versed in labor laws, and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will involve developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in developing a performance management system that aligns with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and implement HR software and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
