Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Fleet Manager in Pretoria to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient running of our vehicles while managing a team of drivers and support staff. You'll be responsible for optimizing fleet performance, maintaining vehicle standards, and implementing cost-effective strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and national transport regulations.
• Develop strategies for reducing fleet operating costs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Implement safety training programs for drivers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in fleet or logistics management, with supervisory experience
