Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that enhance usability and accessibility. You will work closely with product managers and developers to bring our visions to life, ensuring that our users enjoy seamless and intuitive experiences across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly designs for digital products focusing on enhancing user satisfaction.
• Engage in user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement user interface designs.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes using design tools.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Review and enhance existing designs based on user feedback.
• Keep abreast of new design trends, technologies, and tools.
• Document design specs for handoff to development teams.
• Assist in training junior designers on design principles and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• InVision
• Accessibility Standards

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Detail-oriented

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
