Responsibilities

  • Lead the hotel staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and administrative functions efficiently.
  • Design and implement guest experience enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests and local suppliers.
  • Facilitate staff training and development sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure alignment with hotel goals.
  • Ensure all operations meet local and international hospitality standards.
  • Drive initiatives to promote sustainability within hotel operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in the hospitality sector
