Job Description

We are seeking a skilled House Wrecker to join our demolition team. This role involves safely demolishing and clearing houses on various projects, requiring physical strength, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough assessments of buildings prior to demolition.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
  • Utilize heavy machinery for efficient demolition.
  • Manage and dispose of hazardous waste appropriately.
  • Engage in team discussions to plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and reports related to projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay updated on construction and demolition laws and regulations.
  • Encourage a culture of safety within the team.
  • Participate in morning briefings and site meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant demolition certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a demolition role
