Job Description

As a Reinforcing Iron and Rebar Worker, you will be crucial in constructing and maintaining concrete structures. Your responsibilities will include pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete according to project specifications, ensuring structural integrity and durability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and pouring concrete according to project specifications.
• Monitor the curing process of concrete and take appropriate measures.
• Utilize hand and power tools for finishing concrete surfaces.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site.
• Collaborate with supervisors to achieve project goals.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished work.
• Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Technical vocational training in concrete or construction (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in heavy construction projects is a plus.
