We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in municipal and infrastructure projects, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions and provide engineering solutions for a variety of projects.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Conduct material and product research to ensure quality standards.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years experience in civil engineering, with specific focus on infrastructure.
