Responsibilities

• Support users in the use of computer hardware and software.
• Perform routine system audits and backups.
• Assist in maintaining security standards across IT systems.
• Provide input on IT system improvements and upgrades.
• Help integrate new technology into existing systems.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Troubleshooting Techniques
• Active Directory

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with VPNs and remote access solutions: Experience using VPNs or remote desktop applications to assist users.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell): Basic scripting skills to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
