Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Representative to join our team. This role involves on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our innovative products. If you have a passion for customer service and technical prowess, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site maintenance and troubleshoot issues with pest control systems.
  • Document all service activities in the company CRM.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while on-site.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
  • Participate in health and safety meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels for necessary parts and supplies.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote company products and services during customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Science
  • National Diploma in a relevant technical field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in field service or related roles.
Technical Skills
  • Technical knowledge of pest control equipment
  • Use of hand and power tools

Languages
  • English: Fluent
