Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities

• Create customer journey maps to better understand user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and requirements.
• Assist in the development of style guides and design systems.
• Lead design reviews to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Investigate design issues and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain a portfolio of design work and showcase ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• InVision

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams with a focus on iterative design and development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG guidelines to ensure inclusivity in design.
