Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, manage chronic illnesses, conduct routine check-ups, and educate patients about healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations and perform routine health screenings.
• Assist in managing medical emergencies and urgent care needs.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care.
• Engage in case reviews and peer feedback sessions.
• Participate in health education workshops for patients.
• Review and analyze data to improve healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Specialist certification in Family Medicine is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in a family practice
