Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to streamline procurement processes and drive cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their negotiation skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in procurement projects.
  • Research and assess new suppliers and market trends.
  • Develop procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Prepare procurement reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure transparency and compliance in all purchasing activities.
  • Train and mentor junior procurement staff.
  • Participate in vendor audits and assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Advanced degree or specialization in procurement is a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
