Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee all supply chain operations in Kimberley. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team and coordinate with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing.
  • Utilize forecasting and planning tools to anticipate supply chain needs.
  • Create contingency plans to handle supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in supply chain management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience
