Job Description

As a Burler, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our textile machinery. Aimed at ensuring seamless production in a manufacturing environment, this position involves hands-on involvement in repairs and upkeep of machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to machinery.
• Coordinate with the production team for maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts.
• Participate in team meetings regarding production challenges.
• Follow up on repairs and maintenance processes.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in machinery maintenance

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Computerized maintenance management systems

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean Manufacturing experience: Knowledge of Lean principles and their application in manufacturing.
• Completion of relevant maintenance courses: Courses in mechanical maintenance or related fields.
